Hi,
I'm looking to buy a good digital SLR. I want all of the manual controls of an SLR as well as the ability to swap lenses if I need to.
I'm looking for a digital SLR that can also take great digital movie files e.g. 640x480 pixels or higher & most importantly, it must be able to capture at 25 and/or 30 frames a second.
Any ideas?

Thanks,

Tom

Unfortunatly, a Single Lens Reflex (SLR) camera can not by definition make a movie. The mirror needed to see through the lens would prevent video capture from taking place. Only non-SLR cameras can shoot video.
As for those, I strongly recommend the Canon Powershot series.

digital SLRs have not got a video mode through fact they use a chain of mirrors and a digital sensor. in case you like it to be a handbook digicam, and function the potential to alter lens, you are going to could stay and not utilising a video mode. sorry
