there is no versus for that, but it falls in one of the "10 Commandments"
-Thy shall not commit Adultry
what kind of adultry? (watching porn, underaged sex, cheating on your partner/or having an love affiar with a married person, and masterbation: all those are sin, but a MORTAL Sin, if you commit those you must confess, and also, you cannot recieve the Body of Christ and the Blood of Christ for communion.
But im not positively sure if i explain that commandment correctly

The Bible doesn't mention masturbation. If you want to see an article that examines this subject from a Biblical perspective you can click on this link and also learn a lot about how to read the Bible at the same time. http://www.layhands.com/IsMasturbationASin.htm

I'd suggest that you learn the spellings of the words you wish to ask.
If you want to be a jerk-off, go right ahead.
Please do us the favor of doing it elsewhere.
You are not exactly a pretty sight, you see.

no I can't, but I can tell you that God gave you hands and private parts, so He/She obviously isn't hung up about it. I say go for it...if you end up in hell, there will be a lot of very cool people there too.
