You see i don't want to have a religion cause i don't believe in any of them and i was wondering what you would call me? Can i change it permanety? Can i get married even though i don't have a religion?

An Atheist...they are people without belief in deities.
And yes, you can get married if you aren't religious.

You can call yourself whatever you like, depending on your beliefs. An atheist, a nontheist, a deist (if you believe in a "watchmaker"-like deity)...it depends on what you do in fact believe. You don't have to "change" it, as there's no official record kept somewhere of what you currently call yourself, religion-wise. And yes, you can get married even if you don't have a religion, as marriage is not a religious principle but a legal one.

You are what you are, but if you need a label, agnostic might suit best.
Of course you can get married. Marriage is a civil contract, and any justice of the peace, mayor or town official can marry you.

agnostic; I think, denotes indifference. And why would that hold you back from getting married? You may want to marry someone of like mind, it is a good foundation for any relationship to have common interest.

Any HETEROSEXUAL can get married regardless of religious belief or lack thereof.
