Even if I had one I wouldn't give it to anyone. "Train hopping" is illegal and dangerous, not only from the standpoint of potential serious injury or death from the act itself, but from the FTRA as well. What is FTRA?
Freight Train Riders of America. Nasty people. They will be happy to cut your throat just for your drinking water. As a female, you may be passed around in a jungle before having your throat cut.
Of course, not everyone is a member of the loosely organized FTRA. Most are your typical, run of the mill criminal on the run, such as burglars, armed robbers, rapists and murderers.
Better think twice, Nicole. Hopping on a train is not romantic or nostalgic in the least. I speak from over 30 years of experience.

dont listen to that guy, hes an asshole. train hopping is dangerous? duh, so is eating a taco. over half the people i know who hop trains are girls. and if that guy is still scared over an ftra member slitting his throat, he hasnt ridden in a really long time.
though your not going to find a crew change guide on the internet, thats not how its passed around. word of mouth pretty much, talk to other train riders about it and maybe you can get hooked up. good luck
