the file im downloading says need more sources?!?

it means there are not enough people connected to the gnutella network that limewire uses for files that are sharing that exact file at that second in time you're trying to download it - so it can't provide you with a download for it.

Cancel the downloading of the file. When it says "needs more sources", that indicates there are no sources to retrieve your desired media from. After you cancel the downloading, select another file, which will most likely download without any problems.

When you are trying downloading something off of someone, and it doesnt download because that person logs off the internet, the song needs to get that source back. So it tells you it needs to get the source back!
