Your cat's condition is beyond "over the counter" remedies and products. She needs to see a vet for professional diagnosis and treatment.
My guess is that she has a flea allergy. It does not take a flea infestation to manifest this condition. Believe it or not, one flea can cause her to scratch and chew like that.
If she does have a flea allergy, you will need to be faithful in applying a product like Advantage or Frontline. Your cat may need cortisone shots or an allergy medication.
It would be cruel to allow this condition to go untreated. For the cat to have sores and scabs is an indication that the condition is chronic and acute. She needs and deserves proper treatment.

"some fleas but not infested" If you can see them, she is infested.
You will have to take her to the vet for a proper fleaing and, because it may have become ingrained, she may need a sedative to break the itch/scratch/chew cycle.
You may have made her skin extra sensitive by using so many preparations on her. And did you clean her bedding and de-flea the areas where she lays around? If you didn't, then she would be re-infested time and time again.
Good luck with her

some cats groom themselves so thoroughly that they might have fleas, yet you will not see any fleas or information. First, attempt a high quality flea scientific care alongside with Revolution. confirm to apply the form it is suitable for the burden of your cat. proceed this for numerous months (exceedingly significant if kitty is going outdoors). A cortisone spray on the effected factors can help, too. no depend if that's fleas, the exterior and coat ought to start looking greater regularly occurring tremendously at as quickly as. you additionally can decide to do a seek for tom cat psychogenic alopecia. If kitty has this obsessive-compulsive ailment, there will be an particularly particular trend of hair loss and fixing the issue would be lots greater of a undertaking. I truthfully have an particularly neurotic kitty who chews her fur off and spent a small fortune attempting to assist her. She isn't 'cured', yet I truthfully have stumbled on not something better for tom cat habit exchange than convenience Zone w/ Feliway... it mimics kitty's facial pheromones which carry the message 'i'm a secure kitty'. regrettably, tom cat psychogenic alopecia is same in visual charm to tom cat endocrine alopecia. maximum vets does not make a prognosis one way or yet another with out extreme priced blood artwork. i'm making a guess on kitty having a bad itch. and that's the main inexpensive, least perplexing situation to handle, besides as being the likely. solid success!!!

she's probaly allergic to the fleas, as odd as it sounds. my mom's cat was a stray and when we got her had plucked out a lot of here fur because fleas bothered her so much! take her to the vet, who, if she is allergic will tell you you need to give her flea medicine, frontline plus works really well! plus, you are going to need to treat everything in your home for fleas, including putting your other pets on fleas medicine. you will need to treat your home with flea powder you put into the rugs and let it set, then vacuum it up. also treat your furniture. if there are any fleas at all left, they could make your cat stay the way she is, or get worse. once you get rid of all the lfeas (it will take a couple of months, and a lot of cleaning effort...fleas are tricky littel buggers to get rid of, especially since they like to live in the cracks of carpets and walls) your cat should stop, assuming you keep her on the medicine. we have to keep my mom's cat on fleas medicine all the time beacsue she is allergice to fleas, but she's absolutely fine now!! oh! and don't let her go outside either, because it will expose her to fleas and start the whole messy situtaiotn over again.

I love it "She has some fleas". Not trying to be rude here but how would you feel having bugs crawling over you, biting you, laying eggs and pooping on you?
You would get rid of them ASAP. Do the same for your cat.
Take your cat to the vet and get her on a real flea medication not crap you buy at walmart or the local pet store. More then likely shes become allergic to the fleas roaming on her and biting constantly, its very common. Pick up soem medicated shampoo, cream or powder as well AFTER you get rid of the fleas to sooth her skin

If you love your cat, take her to the vets, She is loaded with fleas. The over the counter flea stuff is a waste of money.
