Do think if two people like each other then they should each take steps toward each other in kinda of a fair way, or something. i guess what im trying to say is, Is there really such thing as love at first sight and true love? This girl i like, i have this feeling that she likes me, she knows im nice, smart, goodlooking, and talented, and vice versa. She knows i would do anything for her, and that im patient. If anybody has a personality it has to be me, but i dont know what the problem is. She just wont respond to my requests to spend time with her, i think shes in this comfort zone and just doesnt trust guys very much, not that she ever talks about it but anyhow, she just doesnt pick up on anything, nor does she call me. Ill tell u the thing im afraid of. I havent told her that i like her and im afraid of rejection and her telling all of her friends. Please someone help.

You can't keep hiding your feelings behind a wall and sticking your toe in the water every once in a while to see if she likes you too. While doing that, you slip into the friend zone and everyone knows what happens when you slip into the friend zone.

Know what guys do when they like a girl? They ask them out. Coffee, pizza, a movie, doesn't matter. Show you want her or why would she show she wants you?

in my opinion, be straight forward ask her out. if she rejects you ask her if you have done anything to offend her. also, don't try to figure out what she is thinking, that is where so many men go wrong. You may be worried that she doesn't like you because she doesn't call when, she may not have a phone, be allowed to use the phone....or what ever. if you are what you say you are and she is what you say she is then you too can at least start a friendship and go for something to eat together or see a movie. maybe she isn't allowed to date. maybe there is problems at home. you never know. and you never will if you don't ask. be true to your self after all you are the only one you have to live with for the rest of your life.

Yes there is such things as love at first site. When I met my fiance for the first time, I knew that he was the one that I was going to spend the rest of my life with. Life is to short. You need to tell her how you feel. Like you said you think that she feels the same about you. So why not go for it. She can only say no. And what doesn't kill you, only makes you stronger.

I completely believe in love at first sight, true love, and soulmates, because it happened to me! But the thing is....it has to be felt my both people or it's just a really big crush.
Tell her that you like her (don't say love).
Ask her out on a date.
The worst thing that can happen is that she will say "no" and at least then you will stop wondering. Rejection isn't bad, it's a growing and learning experience (even if it stings a bit).

If you think she might not really trust guys, try to win her over. Take her to dinner or the movies or the mall just as friends. Then maybe she will open up more to you. Or you can always ask her what is wrong and if you are doing anything wrong.

"i have this feeling that she likes me, she knows im nice, smart, goodlooking, and talented..."

Well, isn't that special?

It's got to be her problem. I mean, you're OK, so it must be her. And, whatever you do, don't tell her you like her because if you do and she doesn't, she's going to go around "telling all of her friends".

Puleeeze.....

You need to get over yourself, big guy. You have a bad case of the MEEEEs.

It sounds to me like the two of you are in the same place. You are a both afraid of rejection. your afraid to ask and shes afraid to open herself up to you. been there and done that. only time will make it better for both of you

well if your patient like you claim to be then be content to be her friend for now. maybe shes just curious if you would be the right one or not.
