Sorry to hear ya. Age doesn't matter if it doesn't show or else you have to keep it secret.

Holy shiznits, gurl! Okay the race has nothing to do with this, but age is a problem. I know love is blind etcetera etcetera, but seriously. 17 years younger is too much. He can be your friend. And why again are you having a sexual relationship with a guy in his early 20's? That's not as bad as the other h-school dude, but still. Try asking your friends if they know anyone around your age who would be interested. Or maybe go to a few 30+ clubs? You might find a hot guy there. If none of that works, dating sites might work.

There is nothing wrong with dating younger than your age, but for God's sake, somebody who is in high school, you can get yourself into trouble. Why not find somebody at your age range? Try to be friends first before you jump into something else. A good relationship does'nt always end up in bed on their first meeting. Since you are a manager, you should set up an example to your peers. How can you earn respect if you are not being discreet. Should be professional in dealing with your co-workers. What you do outside is none of their business. I am sure you will be able to find your soul mate out there. Just continue on hunting. Race is not an issue, it should be your attitude in life. Happy hunting.

First of all, I'm a girl who's dating a 33 year old man and I'm only 16. If you really like who he is as a human being then go for it, but be cautious. You got to be committed with your relationships and not date him on a whim. Age does matter in the game we call dating, since who we love isn't always approve in the eye of society. AND: Don't play around with his feelings at all because it'll hurt him more than you.

First off try to figure out why you are so interested in the opposite race. Do you have some hangup with your own race? If so, fix it. If you are just overly curious about the opposite race, then have at it. If you are just wanting something younger for a change then go for that, but remember when you are playing out of your comfort zone you cannot get serious.

Women live longer then men do, and they are often more mature. Dating someone with that big of an age gap is just going to end poorly. Sure the sex might be good, or the feeling of being young again and doing the things he likes might make you feel good, but bottom line....you need to find someone your own age with things you have in common with. Color has nothing to do with it, it's the age difference that's going to kill you.

The age duifference is not that important, but the fact that he is in high school is. You can be arrested . And of course, the fact that he is crew is another headache. Let him go.

I am old and married, but we have two single sons. One who is about your age, is looking for an old fashioned girl. I wil tell him to look here. 8-)

You are asking for trouble. You are a manager and he works for you or is in your direct chain of authority. This alone could lead to a sexual harassment case. What is the company policy about dating on the job? Ask yourself, is it worth possibly losing your
$$$$ for physical pleasure with a young guy?

"Age ain't nothing but a number." Go for it if you like, listen to what you feel, just be aware since he's younger he has many more chances of finding someone else, so if you don't want your heart broken, find a man that's a bit older then you, since he would then be a bit more experience in life.

What you dong is trying to be young again....and since you know that he's in high school....I guess you don't mind being

....interviewed by the police, and arrested by the police....and...sued by his parents in civil court....for everything you own...

It's called molesting...and taking advantage of a child...and you know exactly what you're doing......

So do what you want...and don't worry about you, your reputation, or your friend....because in the place you're headed, your female bubba won't care what color you are!
