Child abuse. I think only loser do so. Try to imagine abuse a child until the child is dead. I am not familiar with sex abuse. However, in Sarawak a lot of girls had been rape by their father and brother. This kind of incident also disturb me. As for Q&A violation. I remain silence! Stay away from trouble.

If you are aware that the abuse is happening in that moment contact law enforcement. Otherwise, you will want to call your local child protection hotline/call center to give your report. This article will help guide you thru the process.

Yeah, there should be a local number you can call. Go to a search engine and type in "Child Protective Services" and your town/county, or "Social Services" and your town/county, or just look in your phone book. To report after hours call the police and they will call the on-call social workers, all states should have a social worker on-call at all times. They will investigate the report and take the appropriate action.

call the police or your local cps office right away and let them know that you suspect a child is being abused. They will investigate it. But do call.

You really need to be sure, but the schools should have lists of child services. They will contact a social worker who will research the family.
The police will need evidence, but suspicion is enough for a social worker to ask questions.

Mostly everyone has said this but I just want you to know for SURE this is what you do...
CALL CHILD SERVICES on the family and they will investigate they are VERY thorough.
Somone already gave you a link to them so, I won't bother repeating that.
Good luck and good job being on the lookout. : )
