I just removed unused programs and it runs a little faster.

Go to add/remove programs and delete the stuff you don't use. Some old video games can take up huge amounts of space. Turning off System Restore can get a lot of space back if you'll never use it. Delete all those Barry Manilow Mp3s you downloaded.

First system restore and save current settings then, follow these instructions: The best way to free up mempry is to goto Start Menu and got accessories and system tools and then disk Clean up all drives. Then goto add/remove programs and remove all unused programs. Next disk Fragment all drives. Lastly look for unused desktop and short cuts and remove them also. Restart your computer

Buy a flash drive and transfer files on to it. Like music and pictures and stuff. It's just a little stick but it has a lot of memory
