If you're not in good shape physically, the first step would be to get that way. Lose the fat. Build up some muscles. On a woman, muscles add definition to torso and limbs (and butt), which puts a whole new dimension of interest in watching her walk and move.
Next, bathe. You probably do this already, at least once in a while. But I've noticed that sometimes, while I'm hauling a woman into my cave by the hair of her head, that the first place I need to drag her into is the shower, explain the use of soap, and stress the importance of using it vigorously on the parts that smell the worst.
Third, there's the right way to dress. In cold weather, you'd want to dress warmly, and usually wool is the right choice. I know several sheep farmers who will sell you wool at a discount, and there are some cottage industries that turn out yarn for you to knit into clothing.
But maybe you're one of those unskilled ladies who can't knit and so you'd prefer to buy your woolens and worsteds ready-made. You can spend as much money as you wish, of course, but you can also buy fine merino wool or cashmere garments cheaply on eBay.
In the winter, wear both a turtleneck sweater and a v-neck sweater. You can wear either on the outside. If the turtleneck is outside, you won't see the v-neck at all. If the v-neck is on the outside, the combination has an interesting and pleasing appearance, provided that the colors harmonize.
The inner sweater should be cashmere, though, whereas the outer one should be made of merino wool. The reason is that cashmere gets furry and pilly, though it stays soft and warm, while merino remains neater and more trim for a longer time.
Details matter. If you wear a nylon windbreaker jacket, make sure that its colors go with those of your sweaters.
Your winter bottom garment should be either dark woolen pants (of a color that goes with what you're wearing on top) or a dark skirt and long stockings, both of wool. You might can get by with a good pair of kilt socks.
In the summer, lighter colors are called for, and the fabric of choice is cotton instead of wool. Except for socks, which should remain woolen.
Shoes are chosen for the occasion: dress for formal social gatherings, sandals for the beach, Montrails for hiking. Again, details matter. If you wear a backpack, make sure that the backpack colors match your clothes. The same goes for gloves and hats.
Wear up to ONE piece of jewelry. If your eyes are blue, you might try an electrum ring with a large blue lab sapphire. A gem doesn't have to match your clothes. (However, a scarf must avoid clashing with your other clothes.) Avoid earrings. You might meet the girl whose boyfriend you're with, and you wouldn't want to get your earlobes torn in the fight. Avoid body piercings in general: they're disgusting.
Avoid excessive makeup. Be real, not glamorous. Glamour = fake + hype. You want to look like the Ivory Soap girl, not like the weirdly painted fashion model of the month.

To be honest, each lady has different unique features that we could not answer this question without knowing and seeing you. It depends on you hair style, eyes, body build, etc to be able to say the best way to have her dressed. Each lady looks better in different colors, dress style. The best way for her to look the best is seeing her confidence in how she looks for that special guy. The smile and the way she looks at him and how she feels.
You know what you look good in and what your BF likes and be confident in how you look and your stye and he will find you beautiful. So go show him what you feel for him and im sure he wont complain a bit. Good Luck!

Just be yourself. It is not the dress that matters, it is your positive attitude and what is inside. For me, that makes her even more beautiful.
