Yes The Quran Supports an Evolution:
[71:14] He is the One who created you in stages***. (God creates things through an evolving process)
[71:15] Do you not realize that GOD created seven universes in layers?
[71:16] He designed the moon therein to be a light, and placed the sun to be a lamp.
[71:17] And GOD germinated you from the earth like plants***.
(God is stating that we were plant life before we became the complicated being we are today.)
[71:18] Then He returns you into it, and He will surely bring you out
[24:45] And GOD created every living creature from water. Some of them walk on their bellies, some walk on two legs, and some walk on four. GOD creates whatever He wills. GOD is Omnipotent. (Wow, this is stating that all living things came from the ocean or any water, like maybe water on a mertorite or both)
[24:46] We have sent down to you clarifying revelations, then GOD guides whoever wills (to be guided) in a straight path. (See how the Quran makes complicated science so clear to the average Joe, that is a miracle within its self.)
{76/28} “Verily, We created them and strengthened them, and when we willed, We replaced them completely by people who were not of the same kind.” (This is perhaps giving evidence of earlier forms of humans dying off and being replaced by a different type of human.
[6:2] “God is the one who fashioned you from clay.” (Again God is stating to us that we evolved from the Earth)
Yes, the Quran supports an evolution and saids that is how God creates everything.
(And we are still evolving and the Universe Expanding!)
[30:27] And He is the One who initiates the creation, then repeats it; this is even easier for Him. To Him belongs the most sublime similitude, in the heavens and the earth, and He is the Almighty, Most Wise.
God, He is Your Lord the Creator of the Heavans and Earth. I submit myself to Him.

Do you mean the theory that humans evolved from apes or ape-like creatures? There is no such thing in the Qur'an. Man was created by God with clay.
Surah 23: Surah Al Mu'minun:
12. And indeed We created man (Adam) out of an extract of clay (water and earth).
13. Thereafter We made him (the offspring of Adam) as a Nutfah (mixed drops of the male and female sexual discharge) (and lodged it) in a safe lodging (womb of the woman).
14. Then We made the Nutfah into a clot (a piece of thick coagulated blood), then We made the clot into a little lump of flesh, then We made out of that little lump of flesh bones, then We clothed the bones with flesh, and then We brought it forth as another creation. So blessed be Allah, the Best to create!
And we are the best of all His creations. God even told the angels to bow down to Adam:
Surah 38: Surah Sa'ad:
71. (Remember) your Lord said to the angels: "I am about to create man from clay:
72. "So when I have fashioned him and breathed into him, his soul, from my Spirit, then you (angels should) fall down (and prostrate) in respect for him."

YOu need not be good at quran to say some general things about it. The people who believe it, just believe it, THey dont believe in comparing with other theories, if some standard theory holds good with quran, they say it is the greatness of quran, if anything does not hold well with quran, they say that the particular standard theory is base less. So, it doesnt matter if it holds or not and if you truly want to know dont ask people who believes quran.

the only evolution i know about Islam is aboutt Adam:
Adam created to be 90 ft tall and height of man decreasing since then,
Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet said, "Allah created Adam, making him 60 cubits tall. When He created him, He said to him, "Go and greet that group of angels, and listen to their reply, for it will be your greeting (salutation) and the greeting (salutations) of your offspring." So, Adam said (to the angels), As-Salamu Alaikum (i.e. Peace be upon you). The angels said, "As-salamu Alaika wa Rahmatu-l-lahi" (i.e. Peace and Allah's Mercy be upon you). Thus the angels added to Adam's salutation the expression, 'Wa Rahmatu-l-lahi,' Any person who will enter Paradise will resemble Adam (in appearance and figure). People have been decreasing in stature since Adam's creation. (Sahih Bukhari 4.543. also Sahih Bukhari 8.246 )

beat your wife, kill your kids for dishonoring the family ( the father, the mother's just a sex slave for her husband and a belly to carry his kid) kill all non-believers, and basically be an animal not worthy of anything but camel-riding. as for evolution, he hasn't had any.
