I started using Relacore less than a week ago----it's supposed to target that stubborn belly fat. Well, it may just be wishful thinking on my part, but I can already tell a small difference. And I don't feel any side effects at all. I haven't been eating as much as I normally do, and trying to exercise a little more also so that is helping. I've tried water pills and other diet pills in the past, and they do work but as soon as I quit taking them the weight started coming back. So I try to check in with other people through this q and a session and just reading about other people wanting to lose weight gives me more initiative to work harder at it also.

3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.

These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

I don't want to be rude, but I learned that diet and exercise, personally take just as long, and is a lot healthier. There are a lot of diet pills out there that are very dangerous, but I am sure you have heard all of that bs so I will spare you. Definately diet and exercise. I lived in the mountains this summer and lost 30 lbs in nearly 4 months. It is all in your lifestyle. Sedentary or not sedentary, that is the question. Happy exercising for you! If you need a partner let me know, I always love having company on a 6 mile walk...yes, I am in the midwest again, haha, they are walks here, but hikes in GTNP, lol.
