You can wax it, much better than shaving. your skin will be exfoliated at the same time.

teens are getting obsessed with shaving these days jus as much as adults obsessed with waxing and electrolysis, so it's normal to a certain point, but if you're not comfortable with it, don't do it. Everyone's skin is different. I have a friend who shaved her arm, and her skin turned out so smooth and pretty, and that' partially because her hair is really thin. I shaved part of my arm once, it didn't have black dots where the hair was thin. But some black dots showed up where the hair was thick, and they grow really fast. according to my experience, you hair tense to get thick as you shave them more and more. Again, it varies from person to person and hair to hair.

black dots don't show up and i would definetly go with shaving because waxing is the most painful thing i have ever went through but it's different for some so maybe u should try waxing just to switch it up a little

I've heard nothing about black dots. I've done it before and believe me, it wasn't as painful as TV makes it out to be, though keep in mind the thicker the hair, the more unpleasant. One drawback of waxing is that the hair you waxed may grow back slightly thicker. That and you have to wait till it's a certain lenght (1/4 inch, maybe?) to wax it again.

before doing something drastic, try bleaching your arm hair with Jolen or a similar product. It makes the hair invisible without creating an endless cycle of stubble and shaving/waxing.

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.
A review of the various hair removal methods is available at http://tinyurl.com/ob6tt

Don't do it! It looks weird on guys or girls, and yes black dots, from the hair growing back will appear and the more you shave the faster it will grow back, and it feels weid too.

you shouldn't shave! i've used the epilady. its a machine, looks kind of like a bunch of little tweezers working all at the same time. it may hurt a bit at first but it pulls the hair out by the root and won't grow back for at least a week or two.

I do and I love it. After a couple of days it does get a little prickly, but if you commit to it and make sure you keep up on shaving, I would highly recommend it!

I have never done that and I suppose I'll ever will.
I don;t think hair on your arms should be tat annoying.
That's just more to shave, too much work :)
And the hair on your arms are not as visible as the hair on your legs.
