Be yourself. That's how you get most of their attention. Don't try and impress him by being someone your not otherwise your gonna have to act like that everytime, and to me it'll be very uncomfortable. ;P As for improving your self confidence, I guess you could just first start off by saying hi to him, or waving to him when you see him. If he says hi or waves back then it's a pretty good start. Continue to do that for a while and then start a conversation with him. if you don't know what to say just ask him about himself, and then tell him a little about yourself. ^^

Well you kind of said it yourself. Men find confident women to be sexy. So play it up, be confident without being cocky and I bet he will respond. Dont be fake though. Men do not like fake girls. AND whatever you do do NOT act easy. Guys make like a slutty girl for a night but they will never settle down with one, they just want them for one night of slutiness!

Be yourself is a good one. be interested in his life and what he likes to do. also joke around w/ him and show him you have a great sense of humor. guys tend to like that very much. they also tend to be really funny too. good luck=)
