1. Change your pillowcase every other day (sleep on it one night, flip it for the next night, then change the pillowcase for the next night. Lather, rinse, repeat. LOL). You may have to get someone to buy more pillowcases for you . In a pinch, fold a clean towel over the pillow and sleep on that. Our bodies get rid of extra oils and "poisons" in our cells by sleeping at night, and we exhale all of those through our breathing and skin. It will go into your pillowcase as you perspire at night.
2. Wash your hands in the sink, then wash your face with your HANDS ONLY. Use an antibacterial soap. Do not use a washcloth as they carry germs and bacteria and you will spread the acne around. Wash just when it gets "oily " on your forehead and nose throughout the day. Let it air dry. (Or, at school, just "pat dry" with a paper towel). Don't overwash your face, it just makes the follicles produce more oil.
3. Do NOT touch your face throughout the day. You need to train yourself not to do this. Touching spreads bacteria around. You may be holding your chin in your hand throughout the day, which would cause chin acne. You may be touching your face and not even realize that you do so. Or do you have sporting equipment where you wear a chin strap. If so, that needs to be washed in an antibacterial daily.
4. Drink lots of water throughout the day to keep your skin well- hydrated. This keeps the pores healthy.
5. Change your diet--don't eat greasy foods like fries, tacos with lots of cheese, meats. Add lots of vegetables to your diet. Drink green tea or herb tea to flush out your system and achieve balance.
6. Use the "clear" clearasil on the acne that really hurts and DO NOT TOUCH THEM, until ready to come out. After a blemish comes out, use hydrogen peroxide on a cotton ball and hold it on there while it cleans out the pore. It will fizz, which is what it is supposed to do. Let dry on its own.
7. Don't use oil based makeup, ever.
8 . If it is really getting bad, see a dermatologist so that you don't get the scarring.
Good luck , I had this problem in high school . I wish someone had told me to back off on all the face washing.

Acne affects about 80 percent of all adolescents and is a normal part of growing up hormonally. This skin condition usually starts at about age 11 for girls, 13 for boys. Acne is not preventable.
Two types of acne exist: 1) non-inflammatory, involving a few whiteheads and blackheads on the face. 2) inflammatory, where whiteheads become inflamed and pimples or cysts develop.
Dispelling the Myths
-There’s no scientific evidence that junk foods or chocolate cause acne or make it worse. Still, some people notice certain foods seem to trigger acne.
-Poor hygiene, oily skin and hair do not cause acne, but can impede treatment.
-Most dermatologists agree there’s little value from sunlight. One thing is certain—the idea that the sun improves acne by drying out greasy skin is not correct.
What Can You Do?
-Practice ordinary hygiene on affected areas, washing your face once or twice a day with your usual soap and cleaner.
-Avoid food or drink you believe is a trigger.
-Try over-the-counter drugs for mild acne.
When Should You See a Doctor?
If home remedies don’t work, see a dermatologist. Drugs can be prescribed for more severe cases, including gels, creams and oral antibiotics. Doctors may surgically drain large abscesses.

First off taking any medication for only a week is not going to do anything, it can take up to a month or more to see results. Why not try Pro Active, the entire system is online and is pretty inexpensive. I would try that. Hey 1 month is better to wait than 4 years right? Good Luck!

When you try a new treatment, give it at least 2 weeks. 1 week may not be long enough. Wash your face using whatever product you are not allergic to and follow with a moisturizer. Clearasil works real well.

keep your face clean always, wash it preferably with a face wash containing benzyl peroxide (it kills out acne) but if not, you can use a cream with benzyl peroxide. and make sure to use oil blotters since acne is a result of too much oil and dirt.
also, treatments like creams, pills, etc really take time to work 100%. using them for a week or so won't help.
btw, avoid sleeping too late... you can develop acne coz of late nights (trust me, i know)
well good luck!

I would recommend just being able to deal with it.
I can understand that you can't afford the derma, so what I would recommend is a product called ProActiv. Very good and well-rounded acne face treatment.

You can put toothpaste on the individual pimples, it dries them out really well. Not the best for your skin but if you're just 14 you should not worry much about dry skin.
