I'm turning 21 next month, I've only dated a few times in my life. I'm just wondering where is a good place to meet mature girls my age or maybe in the 19-20 range. I know there's not many who don't like to party or drink but I'm just not into that stuff at all.

Some of the best places to meet the sort of girl you are looking for would be in the arts: at plays, symphonies, operas, chamber music festivals. If you are not currently artistically inclined, now would be an excellent time to start your education. Do you sing? Choirs (community or church) are good, as are particular departments of particular colleges. You must know what schools are in your area and their reputations. I know that in the music departments, there are always quiet, musically talented gals around. That's it. Go to afternoon and evening recitals at your local colleges and universities. Call the music department offices and get them to send you the semester's recital schedule, or look for it online. These events are often poorly attended, and if you can make a little conversation after wards, you could be in luck to meet the kind of girl you are looking for. Also, I would call your local opera/symphony and ask if they have a young professional guild; many do and they have happy enthusiastic members (volunteers), mostly female, who would be delighted to be paired with you to work at the annual opera auction ball soiree thing...
Short of church, or a Christian dating site, the arts are going to be your best bet. Good luck!
