Usually the fruit is fresh. I have seen canned fruit at salad bars, but those are the salad bars I don't go back to. Sweet Tomatoes has a GREAT salad bar, the best around, and they have nice fresh fruit!

It depends. I've seen both canned fruit as well as fresh on a salad bar.

depends on the fruit and the salad bar. You can usually tell what is fresh and what is canned.

Well I think it all depends on what fruit is in season...also it would depend on whether the salad bar is a low budget type of place or high end type of place......on second thought I don't think I've evr been to a high end restaraunt where they had a "salad bar".
I think you would have to ask these questions at such locations
