Yes, PLEASE wash it out. The chemicals will continue working unless you properly neutralize them and remove them from your hair. You will definitely lose your hair in the spots where the relaxer is left, and will probably suffer burns in any areas where the relaxer is left in contact with your skin.
If you're too tired to do it yourself, get help from someone. Don't spend time reading replies to this--get that stuff out of your hair! You also run the risk of overprocessing the sections of hair that still have the relaxer in it, so those areas will be straighter than the other ones that have already been shampooed.
Get it out!

Stand in the shower and wash it out that way, much easier than bending over the sink. Yes, it must be washed out.

it depends on the brand. Dog flea meds can be quite toxic to cats. Best bet is to call the emergency vet with the name of the product you used, and seek their advice. With any flea product poisoning, the faster treatment is started the more likely the cat will survive. While one person is calling the vet, the other should be bathing the cat in any dishwashing liquid or shampoo you have - it's critical to get it all off him and as soon as possible.

it wouldn't hurt you to wash your hair once more. i am studying cosmetology. and if you don't wash the chemical completely out that could damage your hair and it would definitely fall out so go ahead and rinse or get someone to help you out.
