Yes milk is good for you. It has calcium that is good for your bones. The best milk to drink is 2% milk because whole milk has alot of fat. Milk is especially good while you are young so drink up!

Well theres a few things to consider
Sometimes i have organic unhomogenised milk which is the next best thing to having my own cow!
But dairy products can be allergenic & cause mucos n appendicitis n tonsillitis. Plus its hard on the digestion- taking 4 hours to digest & does not have as much calcium as we would like to believe.
Raw goats milk is very healthy, just bring it to the boil quickly to kill bad bacteria. It digests in about 20 minutes.
Soy milk is no good as it can bring on puberty in 8 year old children. (Other fermented soy products like the asians eat may be acceptable)
These days we think twice about animal products due to mad cow diseases, living conditions and the chemicals / hormones / pesticides that the poor things have ingested.
Unhulled sesame seed tahini has heaps of calcium.
A glass of greens / carrot / veg has stacks of calcium also.
Another thing that has calcium is raw nuts, you can fresh grind them yourself and then add water and blend them up for a healthy calcium nut milk.
Always only use fresh ground nuts.
Organic honey or palm sugar could be used to sweeten .
Or leave out the water and use it as a nut butter cos peanut butter can cause cold sores & allergys.

No it makes you produce mucus that you don't need in your body. you can get just as much calcium from soy milk(and it's healthier) and some orange juices. You can also get it form some vegetables and other foods. If your young and concerned about calcium you should always take a supplement too until at least 18 years old to be safe.

it depends if you want strong bones or not
it helps you have strong bones
