Yes. That started happening to me more once I started to try to control my "temper". I use to blow up with rage when someone made me angry in the past. I became very violent with my mom and boyfriends. When I started having more control over that, I found that I would immediately start to cry if I didn't freak out and start screaming instead. I'm not sure why it worked out that way. I think that for me, it means I obviously still don't know how to deal 'properly' with my anger. People now think I'm crying to get attention or to manipulate them. It's hard to explain that I think it's better than trying to stab them! I would like to change it though.

The most likely reason why is that your neural brain activity can't handle the electrons/messages being sent through rapidly out of your anger, and/or you're mentally weak(Not referring to unstable, just incapable to acknowledge personal problems)and your most self-reliant reaction to most situations is depressive.

What you are currently 'feeling' is more of an emotion, than a feel. The solution is to try to combat the feeling of anger and try to coop with yourself, in other substantive words, relocate your self and stay calm, breathe(If necessary), and don't tense up.

Yes, I've had it happen. The first time, I was 16 and arguing with a friend. She then started laughing at me for it, which didn't help. It took me years to figure out what had happened. Now, I start deep breathing way before I get to that point and it prevents it.

Being mad is an expression of emotions. You are like a lot of people, you way of releasing your emotions is to cry.

Me personally, if I get to that point. Usually I am ticked off pretty, and and tend to turn violent.
