ok, it is verry important for teenagers to eat breakfast because it gives us teens a chance to get up and get energy for the day... breakfast usually helps with school/work/etc. and it gets you fuel for a better day at school and at work....Hope this helps!

Because it gives you the proper nutrition and supplements you need to grow big and strong. When you don't eat breakfast, it can cause you to faint or feel weak or like throwing up.

Hate to be cliche but it really is the most important meal of the day, your body is changing your so active ur brain needs the nutrition and your body the calories to keep you active

It really isn't. Not if you don't feel hungry. As long as it takes the human body to digest food, the meal that supports you through the morning is really your dinner from the night before, so if you had a good dinner and don't feel hungry in the morning, it's ok to skip breakfast. Especially all those sugary things so tipical in the morning meal.
