1: if he wants to have sex with you he'll let you put it on.
2: If he wont wear it he's not worth the time.
3: He'll feel you slip it on in any event.

You cannot have sex with a person (male or female) without them giving consent (wanting to do it). That is rape!
If you mean you want to put the condom on without him knowing that he has a condom on, then you don't. Lying and deceiving are bad, especially in a sexual relationship! If you're going to have sex, you need to talk about it and have everything out in the open.
If he doesn't want to use a condom, then he doesn't get to have sex with you, simple as that!

He'll know, but there are still ways to do it surreptitiously.
One of my favorite ways is when a woman has it in her mouth and then slips it on by pulling me in. You want to make sure all of the blood is out of his head and into his.... other head, so that way he just doesn't care that he's wearing one.
Also, there are other forms of birth control, such as the diaphragm, and the female condom; but, the old fashion condom is still the way to go.

Honestly, you don't. Lets look at this...do you really think the guy won't tell the difference if he has a condom on or not?
If the guy refuses to wear a condom but wants sex with you, you have to stand firm that you won't have sex unless he wears one

You got to be kidding. This is not a joking matter. You tell him to put it on or else. Do you have any idea how dangerous a game you could be playing if he doesn't. Not to mention STD's, AIDS or maybe pregnancy. Get you act together and tell him out right, or you will be sorry or dead.
