If what you`re thinking of is trying to get access to the wholesale auctions where car dealers go to get used cars for their inventory, I don`t think you can unless you have a wholesalers license. You need to apply and purchase that through the state motor vehicle dept. in which you reside. Once you have that, you will be notified of all area auctions via email-etc.
