Have you told those you Love that you Love them recently?
sometimes we wait to late to go see those we care about or call them on the phone just to say Hi or I love you you never know when a loved one will be snatched from you. My 28 year old daughter was murdered 11 months ago and one of the things that I hold in my heart is that even though we sure had our ups and downs the day she died I'd decided to give her an early Christmas gift a new winter coat I was mad at her on Monday as we were arguing about her BF and on Tuesday i decided to go see her and give her the coat she loved it kissed me said I love you and 8 1/2 hours later her BF killed her If I hadn't decided to go see her and the last words we'd had would have been in anger I would not have been able to survive this if you love someone tell them today call your parents, your kids, your grandparents, your friends, whoever don't wait until it may be too late God Bless You All

I am so very sorry for your loss. Your absolutly right, you should always let the people close in your life know how much you care. We don't know the "bigger plan" and any one of us can be taken at any time for any reason. You need to love and be loved your whole life through. Nothing in this world could ever bring back your beloved daughter and your pain will never fully go away, I 'm sure you think of and miss her each & everyday. And you should, this is part of the healing process and as I said this pain will never fully subside but will, in time, become more bearable. Be comforted knowing that you will be reunited someday and she will be waiting for you with open arms. For now, surround yourself in your memories, no one can take those away from you and continue showing others how much you care. Thank-you so much for sharing your story; I'm sure you've touched more lives than you even know. God Bless!

This rings so true for me. My dad passed away yesterday at the age of 74. We had a very special relationship and talked at least 1 time a week. We always ended the conversation by saying " I LOVE YOU"
Went to go spend a week with him last week not knowing he would pass this week. It will always be the most memoral week I ever had with him. We laughed, cried, hugged and just had a great week.
I will miss him forever, however, I have no dought he knew always how very much he was loved.

yep, sure did...
Something Specially
For You
I said a prayer for you today
And know God must have heard-
I felt the answer in my heart
Although He spoke no word!
I didn't ask for wealth or fame
(I knew you wouldn't mind)-
I asked Him to send you treasures
Of a far more lasting kind!
I asked that He'd be near you
At the start of each new day
To grant you health and blessings
And my friendship to share your way
I asked for happiness for you
In all things great and small-
But it was for His loving care
I prayed the most of all.

yes, but probably not enough, it is good to be reminded how easy it is to lose them. it was kind of you to share your pain and perhaps help others see past their pain that stops them from reaching out.
