From a Christian Worldview Perspective, Yoga is just a great form of excersize unless you use it in one of its ancient forms of worship. Some religions use yoga as a worship ritual to their god or gods. On its own, yoga isnt bad, but if you take it to a spiritual level, it depends on what you meditate on. There are actually Christian yoga classes where you worship God while excersizing! fun right?

This is a very sacred question which shows the importance of Tapasya and meditation(Dyan) even for Shiva and Vishnu. Did you ever read about BhrigaKeeta Nyaya. When a Bhringa takes an insect inside its hole,it comes out having become a Bhringa because he keeps thinking about Bhringa and becomes like him. In the same way, lord Shiva worships and thinks of lord Vishnu in his Tapasya that is why he has got the SttvaGuna of lord Vishnu and lord Vishnu worships and thinks of lord Shiva and gets the Tamoguna of lord Shiva. This is how Shiv has become Vishnu and Vishnu has become Shiva. This shows the eternal Bhakti, love and CONNECTION between Shiva and Vishnu, there is no difference between them and also the importance of Tapasya that can enable even a man to become a power like Shiva and Vishnu.

Yoga isn't magical although you sometime feel that way, it's just
living a correct lifestyle. Meditating isn't about proving something,
it,s about finding something, God.

What is your problem with Hindus? You are being ridiculous. There is great spiritual merit to Yoga. If you don't like it, then don't do it. But why are you criticizing other peoples' method of God-realization, when you clearly know nothing about it?

"See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception, according to the tradition of men, according to the elementary principles of the world, rather than according to Christ, for in Him all the fullness of the Deity dwells in bodily form....These are matters which have, to be sure, the appearance of wisdom in self-made religion and self-abasement and severe treatment of the body, but are of no value against fleshly indulgence" (Colossians 2:8,9,23)
