Yes, that is pretty much the definition of bulimia. You need to get some help. This is a type of mental illness, so you are going to need to get some therapy to change the feelings that are causing you to behave this way. Tell your parents. You will need their help in dealing with this problem. There is no need to feel ashamed of this problem; nobody wants to develop these kind of issues. Regardless, you need to start getting help right away, before you do any kind of permanent damage to yourself. Good luck.

You need to see a doctor and let a professional help you learn how to eat healthy and exercise. at 79 pounds, you don't seem to be overweight but maybe you need to gain about 20 pounds depending on your frame. at your age, it's vital that you eat from all food groups and get plenty of exercise. binging and purging can be very damaging to your body and can cause many diseases. in a society that judges people solely on how they look, it's understandable why you might be doing this. but you need to stop. your life and your health is not worth it. just be yourself and let your body take care of itself with your help. so, please, tell your parents, and see a doctor, nutritionist, and a mental health professional who specializes in eating disorders. good luck.

Yes, quite possibly Jackie, although none of us can diagnose you as we are not doctors. You need to tell your parents, so they can get you a doctors appointment and you can be referred to a specialist for treatment.
You must get help ASAP, because you will make yourself very ill if this continues. I wish you better, take care : )
