1. Maybe, maybe not. A lot of people can encourage their hair to curl even if it's not usually curly.
3. Use mousse. It holds curl without being too sticky.
4. Scrunch the mousse in. After washing your hair, put some in your hands, shake your hair upside-down and put the mousse in while squeezing your hands on the curls.
5. Maybe. You should test and see if your hair will go curly with the method described in 4. If it doesn't work so well, you can get a cheap curling iron at a place like Walmart and put some curls in there with it.
