If he said no to your friend maybe that is because he doesn't like you. Try asking him yourself. Just remember that guys usually flirt with almost every girl just to look cool.

well if he keeps this up i would walk up and say what do u want with me. if he keeps it up i would make up an way to get him over to a place u want with the other people he folirts with and make a plan to stop him. like in john tucker must die. lol
