Yes. That is what a bench warrant is. They will not actively seek you out, however if the pull you over or meet up with you for any reason and run a check and you come up with a bench warrant (Issued by the judge, hence the name bench) then whamo you go to the poky, no 200 bucks no pass go...just the poky.

Yes they can, i had a warrent for me and didn't know about it till my ex got into a fight and the cops came and ran everyones name. The cops told me about it and said it was being put on hold cause the cops from the other county couldn't come get me at that time. About 2 weeks later i got pulled over for running a red light and the cop ran my name and sure enough i got arrested and spent 5 hours in jail. Wound up paying 250 bucks for it too. Better to turn yourself in and get it over with then to let them catch you. Because you might wind up paying more.

not only can they but they will. As soon as the police run the drivers license the warrant show up and the drive will be shortly sitting in the back of the patrol car.
