I want to make my legs thinner, right now they are really untoned muscle from soccer and other sports I play. How can I make my legs look thinner or toned without loosing muscle. Also could you recomand a diet that includes fresh fruits, veggies, oorganic food items, etc. Info also on that diet.

theres no exact diet, but if u eat 3-5 servings of fruit a day and 3-5 servings of veggies, along with cutting down what u normally eat (ie. hiigh carb stuff, snacks, soda, crisps etc), then that should work, also try drinking green tea, a cup or two everyday after your meals...it raises ur metabolism and that means ur body becomes more efficient at burning fats to maintain or loose weight. I've been doing this for a few years and i swear by it. I was obese as a teen and am a size 6 now, so that should mean something.

For your legs, try stretching type exercises like yoga, i hear its good and will tone your legs muscles to add more shape and definition. You'd want to avoid bicycle riding as an exercise, they'll only make your legs more muscular.


PS. drink lotsa water throughout the day, atleast 8 glasses.

Bicycling will slim down your thighs and you won't lose muscle tone.
