Saggy at 15? wear push up bras..... and walk with your back straight and chest up..... or try these different firming lotions out there now..... I don't know if any of them work but it's worth a shot if your that desperate....

Try exercises that build the pectoral muscles. Push ups, pull ups and light weight lifting will build the muscles behind your breasts and help them appear more perky. Also, go to Victoria's Secret or JC Penney's to get a proper bra fitting. You may find that a good underwire bra (and a good sports bra when working out) will give you the support you need. Gel bras give great lift and support. Don't forget to use firming lotion after showers to address the sensitive skin on breasts. Best wishes.

First and foremost...ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS wear a bra, even while you are sleeping. IF you have large breasts, you need the support 24/7.
You can also work your pectoral muscles by lifting weights, that will decrease the amount of adipose tissue (fat ) beneath your breasts and provide firmer support.

Sweetie I hate to break it to you, but it wont get any better. I know of family members who have tried it all (including surgery) they were sorry they did it. Relish in what you have, be proud! Plus I know from experience men (in the future) like them just that way. Purchase smaller plates. Little crockery means portion control is a lot easier – those diminutive parts suddenly look huge and you’ll be happier to enjoy less.
