This is nothing to worry about birds constantly moult and drop feathers all the time.
It does not affect its stance balance flight or anything else.
The feather will grow back naturally in about six weeks and if you watch it you will see it form within the quill as it grows.
When it fully grow you parakeet will naturally groom it from the quill.
When your parakeet goes through a full moult you will notice all the little feathers around it head like spikes, at this time it is advisable to get a spray bottle, garden plant type is fine,
make sure nothing else has been used in it.
Fill it with Luke warm water and spray your bird with a misting spray not a jet .
Just remember this must be done morning or early afternoon so the bird is properly dry before it settles for the night.

The tail I'm assuming you're referring to are the long feathers on its end and they are just that - feathers.
They will grow back within the next few months but until then, the bird won't be able to fly as well, if at all.

Depending on how extensivive the damage was, the tail feathers should grow back. Please be careful with your birds, try clipping it's wings to keep the flying/crashing accidents to a bare minimum. birds can break their necks even flying onto a wall. not just glass.

No big deal. It takes a month or so to grow a new one. This has happened to my birds that are more athletic than usual.

The tail is used to steer the bird, it will grow back. My Budgie pulled her tail feathers out, but they grew back.
