There are too many things to choose from. Change in laundry detergent/fabric softener. Fleas in the house (not unless you have bites). Sometimes you can get very itchy out of nowhere if you don't wash all of your bedding often enough...

You may be taking too many hot showers and using too much soap..So try only warn water and Cetaphil soap or Dove soap.
If you have a rash it could be something else.

yes you have scabies,we did that too,but the doc said you could pick them up anywhere.We went to the doctor but you can ask the pharmist if they have something for scabies

It may be your allergic to a new soap or a new detergent.
