APA Style Paper?

I have to write an APA paper, and have never done one this way.
I have always done MLA.
Any help?

If I can use something on word, where do I get it?
Is it already on word, or do i have to buy a program?

There are also some software tools you can use that automatically put your paper and citations in APA format. They are add-ins for Word.
