well it says it has 23 flavors but what are they

I read about a few of them, but I don't think you'll ever find them all written in the same place. Vanilla is one, which surprises me that they would then make vanilla Dr. P. Almond extract is another. If you smell some in a bottle, it does remind me of the flavor of Dr. P. Also, denatured rum, whatever that is, and oil of orange.

Dr Pepper doesn't have 23 flavors it is made from a unique blend of 23 flavors. The formula for Dr Pepper is proprietary information.

Nothing Specific, but I'm guessing Its Carbonated Water, Corn Syrup, Sugar, 20 Differnet Kinds of Fruit Juices.

Raisin, cola,and 21 more. Really can't imagine besides plum or cinnamon, orange, nutmeg, kinda like a liquid mince pie! Ugggh!!
