Yes this is normal but should not last longer than about 3 days post deworming. Make sure your dog has plenty of water available.

Yes this is normal. The meds make the stool loose. It should only last a couple of days. If it doesn't let your vet know.

Yeah. Worms can cause very loose stool. D: Ask your vet to prescribe some metro to harden them up.

after being treated for worms a dog can be a little loose. its normal but if you have concerns check with your vet.
