Sure I remember being a teenager. That was just last year, but I didn't turn up the volume on the radio or always close the door. I can't say I was the typical teenager. Some parents half seriously asked my mom if she would trade teens.

Music, especially loud music, was teenage therapy for my overheated mind. But everything has a price. Now my hearing is a bit damaged.
I also remember throwing a pillow against a wall as hard as possible, over and over again, to relieve anger. I have no idea now, so many years later, what I was so angry about, but it was important at the time...
But getting lost in a song, that was the best thing I could do to make myself feel better.

I remember being lazy. I would go to class, study a little bit at home, not do the homework and screw up the curve when it came to test days.

I remember my hate for country music to just fester till I graduated ( I went to a hick school).

I remember being impatient about getting on to college.

Rollin down the windows and blasting the music. Arguing with my mom about stupid stuff and wanting to be a rebel, but knew I couldn't:)
God Bless and Be Safe:)

I remember all to well. I did the exact same thing except I used to get my hair brush and sing and dance in front of my mirror. I also remember all the trouble I used to get into. Looking back right now, what was I ever thinking.

Sure. I spent every last cent on music and had to listen to it as loud as I could. Of course I'm deaf now, but who cares.
PUMP UP THE VOLUME!!!!!!!!!
