There is this hot girl started working, she is so hot, I am so depressed today just thinking about her, what i should do? should I ask her out or wait.. she is new to the city, i dont want her to hook up with somebody else?WHAT IF SHE not interested in me.. it will create tension in work..

Don't think about it too much.
Since she is new to the city, you can tell her that you know the city pretty well and you can show her around so she can get herself familiar with it.
I've seen it on Anchorman LoL.

You should definitely give it a go because you sound really serious with this girl. Don't ask her on a date flat out. Just take her to a cafe that you like. It will be in a place you know so you'll be less nervous. Act friendly a see what happens.

I think suicide is pretty extreme in this case.
If you tell her "Go out with me or I will blow my brains out", this seems like a clever idea, but it will most likely creep her out. No one relishes being spattered with gooey brain tissue or hit by a ricocheting bullet. Such an occurence could ruin her whole day.
If she is over 15 years older or younger than you, then just find someone else.

First of all NO woman likes a man thats depressed! So first fix yourself and then go for it, she's new to the city, ask to take her to some sites, you never know, she could be writting in asking "I'm new in town, and really like this guy I work with......."

Generally it's not a good idea to date a co-worker because of the awkwardness involved, but there should be no harm in asking her if she wants to go out for a friendly cup of coffee sometime.

Whatever you do don't commit suicide there is nothing in this world bad enough or worth killing yourself over. Give it some time get to know her and see where things go don't just jump in because she is hot.

In my opinion...ask her out.
She might be faltered, on the fact that she is only new, and she already got a guy after her.
Don't commit suicide because so many people are fighting to have a life, and seeing someone else waist theirs brakes their heart.

New girls are the best at work. Talk to her normal first and get to know her. Then if you like what you are hearing flirt with her. Then invite her to show her around the city one day. Next thing you know your in her pants.

Ask her out and IF she says no then play it all cool and say "Allright then if i'm not your type then can we just be friends?" I dont know much BUT just try a little risk in ife ant' gonna hurt you alot AND DONT EVER COMMIT suicide that is a PERMANENT SOLUTION to a TEMPORARY PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!

Don't commit suicide! The worst she can say is no. Just ask her out and if it doesn't work out, move on! So many hot women out there for you. Be positive!
