I would would give you a 90% chance that he likes you and if you look in to his eyes and smile at him your chance go up.

well the best thing to do in a situation like this is make friends with im and talk to him, try become his mate and then start going out together. i advise you to take it slowly but this works. after your friendaship has developed tell tim your true feelings 4 him via text email or letter (letters/notes work well) and you will probably find he likes you aswell .... i have told this advice 2 a lot of people and a percentage have been accepted!
