I can't get a date at all, here are my stats:
1) 6 foot 3 inches tall
2) lean, muscular build
3) handsome face, I used to be a male model
4) high paying job, wealthy lifestyle
5) Jar Jar Binks lover
6) loyal and passionate
7) smart, I have a PhD and two masters and I'm only 25.

What am I doing wrong? How can I get some attention?

..... Do you go out on the weekends and try to find someone? If not then that may be your problem... Or it might be the Jar Jar Binks thing, some girls aren't into Star Wars, nor Jar Jar Binks... If that's the same one I'm thinking of.... It might be possible for the PhD thing.. If you do about 20 hours a semester and do Clep tests in between.... That would kill my brain though..

What you've listed wouldn't catch me. Personality is the big pull, either away or to a man. Number 5 certainly is not always an asset. I happen to like Jar Jar Binks, but I've found few other people that do.

It may seem funny, but when you stop trying to find someone to date, that's when you do find someone. You sound like a very interesting person and you have a lot to offer. Maybe look into volunteering for your local animal shelter, or youth club, whatever interests you. You have a better chance of meeting someone there than you would if you hung out at the bars.
