They sure seem to know when they have done wrong. Just look at that puppy with his tail between his legs and those drooping eyes..

Well, juvenille bottlenose dolphins have been known to kill...I can't remember what the kind of porpoise was, but they surrounded it, attacked it, and beat it to death with their noses. Seriously. The kind of porpoise they quite literally murder are much smaller than they are, and scientists haven't yet figured out a reason for this behavior other than sport. It doesn't even seem to be practice at catching food, and the porpoises aren't on their turf. One of the news shows did a program on it sometime this year. The dolphins were chasing the porpoise and hitting it so hard it was flying out of the water. When they autopsied the porpoises (yes, they autopsied the porpoises) it was clear they'd died of blunt force trauma. In other words, the dolphins killed them for no other reason than to kill them.

Not to our knowledge.
Sin is a deliberate thought, word, deed, or omission contrary to the eternal law of God.
It is generally thought that animals, like small children, do not know the difference between right and wrong (what is contrary to the eternal law of God) and therefore cannot sin.
With love in Christ.

No animals seem to have better reasoning than humans do. If a animal attacks you it's because you are a threat but a human can do it just for the hell of it.

No. Animals have no moral capacity. They cannot do anything morally wrong, or morally right. Morality is irrelevant to their actions.
