i need to know how to get hold of themain office for probation in the state of new mexico .?

we need to go over the probation office in hobbs new mexico. we need the office that's over lea county.it is known these officers are against this couple and they want to get transfered to the state of texas.

Do the people who want to move to TX have family members in TX? If so, they should be able to transfer after applying to the Interstate Compact in NM and paying the transfer fee if they are not in violation of their probation. This paperwork would need to be completed at the current probation office.

If they don't have family in TX, TX has the right to refuse to accept the couple for transfer.
