He sounds sweet...then again, he could just be a player.
Since you don't know him very well, may I suggest a date in a public place? Do something together that is fun and active, maybe bowling, or skating. Give yourselves time to talk and get to know each other better before thinking any serious thoughts.

Oh how sweet!! Now a days you can hardly ever hear a guy say beautiful to their gf wthout thinking............. ANYWAYS .....................You should give him a shot you can seeat your date if hes a good person or not or you can tell him you want to get to know him better before you twogo on a date.

Go for it...he sounds really nice and he obviously really likes you, you also like him...Also, you might regret not going with him if you don't.
