Doesn't seem like he is going to ask anytime soon. I have an established career and he is still developing his and having a hard time finding a place to work that he likes. Should I stay....or should I break up with him and start dating again. His situation hasn't changed in the past 3 months regarding work.

I'm 32 been with my GF for 4 years and still not to happy with the job i am in but things are starting to turn around and now I think it time to marry. She stands by me and supports me and I am grateful for that. So the choice is your move on or stay? whats it going to be?-

Are you truly in love with him? It sort of sounds like you are impatient and want to move on and get married. I would encourage you to be patient and wait for him, IF you love him. Don't be in such a hurry to get married. Trust me, you don't want just anyone

when we are in a committed relationship it is just normal to expect marriage, and the normal. i would break it off and date, doesn't look as if marriage is a priority with him, and to be honest we as women do think of things like our biological clock, we all want children, or most of us do. we all need to feel we belong to someone, as we were meant to marry and have children. he sounds as if he is too into his own self. perhaps if u break it off with him he will realiaze you mean more to him than himself, if he doesn't see the problem your having than he will never be able to see past his own nose.
