boy i wish i come over to your place, i love hot chili, to calm it down though here are a couple of suggestions , serve either saltine crackers with it or bake some corn bread as a side, or
serve some sharp chedder and/or sour cream with it. or as a
final course of action, make a half pot of chili but do not add any hot spices to it.

Just add some brown sugar it will help cut some of the spicey or you can use honey.

I have a friend that uses choclate chips I know it sounds odd but it tastes really good.

Soakin peeled raw potatoe for about 30 min will help too.

Take half of it and freeze it for later! The other half your'e going to use, add all of your ingredients in the chili except your hot ingredients to make as much as you need. Simple.

Add a small amount of shaved chocolate. This will take away the hotness, but allow the bite of spices to come through. Add a small amount at a time and test.

Make another batch without the hot stuff and then combine them. You can freeze it if you have too much.

I've heard that if you add potato it will absorb some of the heat. You could double your recipe and leave out the heat too.

add more ingredients like more tomato juice more beans and more hamburger, and tomato paste. Or throw it out and start over depending how much you over did the spices.

Maybe add more water and boil it down?
