hopefully you have some money. Take him to the vet. They will give him vaccines and look at a stool samole. Then they will give you medication for the intestinal parasites and the diarrhea. This will not go away on it's own. Nothing over the counter will work. He also may have PARVO. This is deadly and costly to treat

There are different types of worms and only a vet can determine what kind of internal parasites your pup has by doing a fecal test. You should take a fresh fecal sample with you when you go to the vet. Worms are easily treated when the right meds are prescribed by a vet.
Some worms are really nasty and can affect the overall health of your pet, and some worms can be transmitted to humans, so don't delay, have your pup seen by a vet very soon.

If it's in her feces it's probably either roundworm (long and round like spaghetti) or digestive worms which are the eggs of tapeworms (maggot-like). Round worm can be spread from the mother who is infected through the embryos in which causes most puppies to be born with round worm. It can also be spread through the mother to the pups through nursing. Adult dogs can contract roundworm through simply grooming such as liking their paws. The eggs are found in the soil which connects to the dog during everyday activity. Adult dogs can also get infected through consuming the carcass of an infected animal. With tapeworm there are two different types. The most common, Dipylidium caninum, in contracted through consumption of a flea that has consumed a tapeworm egg. The egg then hatches and the tapeworm attaches itself to the linning of the stomach. Echinococcus is contracted when the animal eats a smaller animal such as a mouse, rat, or other small mammal that contains the parasite. Fortunately these two types of worms are easily treated with an over the counter medication. The liquid dewormer works best and can be purchased at a drug store for about $10. The treatment should be repeated at least twice, two weeks after the initial treatment. You can also get preventative medications such as heartguard from your vet. These fight against a variety of worms not just heartworms.

All puppies are born with worms that is why they have those cute little pot bellies. When you take you puppy to the vet for their first series of vaccinations they will take a stool sample. They give the puppy a pill and that is what kills the worms. I've got to warn you though that when the puppy poops out the worms it is really gross.

Take him to the vet and have him checked for parasites (worms) If he has them, the vet will tell you what to do and what medicine to use (he will give it to you) Do not try to buy over the counter stuff as it might not be the right thing for him to have.
Good luck

Take the dog to a Vet as soon as possible. In a young puppy this is very serious.

you will have to take him to the vet to identify the type of worm infestation, and receive the proper medication.
My first pitbull puppy nearly died from a hookworm infestation....roundworm is the most common and can be treated with otc medications...but they are not as effective and do not work as quickly. Please take your puppy to a vet.

If the vet you take him to tries to vaccinate him when he is having diarrhea, you should report that vet to the state board. Vaccines should ONLY be given to healthy animals according to the vaccine manufacturer.
