what do you think about age gap in the relationship?

Depends upon the ages of the parties in question.

If the age gap spans the 18 mark (E.G.: one is under 18, the other over 18) then they have this to deal with:

However, between those who are BOTH over 18 consider what happened to me:

When I was 25 I met a 40 year old whom I wound up marrying. Two years ago (Oct. 9, 2004) my husband died at the age of 61, leaving me a widow at the age of 46. When I was young I didn't even THINK about this type of thing happening until later in life. Then it DID happen.

So, if you are going to go the route I did, do yourselves a favor and make double sure that you BOTH have ALL of your finances in order at ALL times because if one spouse goes, the other is left to clean up the mess.

I was left with a HUGE mess to clean up because he stayed in denial and refused to deal with his own Mortality!

As long as both the male and female are over 18 I don't think that any age gap matters, but 10 years is a good start. I am 28, but 18 year old girls are too young for me, and a woman of 38 would be too old. Judge for yourself.

i think the biggest age gap should b 5 years. like if ur 13 dnt go wit no 18 year old. but if if ur 20 its cool to date a 25 year old. it all depends on how old u r.

well, when ur over like ur 20's it cant be so bad, but if ur like 16 and u want 2 go out with a guy thats like 19, thats just not so good because most likely he has a car and what not. but the thing is, when ur over ur youngster days, its not so bad. just dont get some1 too old or 2 young. simple as that. im 16 and i want 2 date a girl thats 14. lets c how that'll go. lol

It becomes less and less important as you get older...
But it is my belief that a man who dates a girl much younger is emotionally immature and probably not very confident he can satisfy a woman his own age. But that really depends on whether or not it is a one time deal or a trend...if it is a trend, watch out...

i'm about 5 years old than my GF seems to work. The norm that the guy was to be 4 years older cause women mature faster than guys. whatever i think it depends on love anyway.

I don't think age is a good factor when considering who or who not to date. I think maturity is a much better gage.
