There is a buzz in Philippine Sports that after Pacman disposes Morales on Nov.18 , his next goal is to Unanimously take over that weightclass or move up to challenge Floyd Mayweather. I want you insights on this.

Well i'm a PacMan fun and I want him to win the fight obviously but.... Mayweather is a smart boxer with amazing defense, speed and counter punching skills which will create some problems to PacMan. Yes, I agree with you that Floyd will most likely to circle around the ring and throwing some jabs to get some points but with PacMan's style Floyd will be force to commit himself in fighting PacMan. PacMan on the other hand is also dangerous because of his ability to adapt with the fight with his speed and power not to mention that he can also take punches from a real welterweight boxer, he will expose Mayweather's weaknesses and I think the fight will be done in 09 rounds by KO or TKO in favor of PacMan. But if the fight last to 12 rounds, then I will give it to Mayweather.

If he plans on jumping over the Lightweight and Super Lightweight/Junior Welterweight Divisions ie putting on 17+ pounds to go after Mayweather I'd have to take a quote from the film "The Waterboy" and say "there is something wrong with that boy's Medulla Oblongata", LMAO. There is no way this is going to happen without PacMan fighting a few fights as he increases his weight.

But, lets say it does happen, PBF is too fast and his exceptional defense would give PacMan fits. Not only that but PacMan has been KO'd twice before by guys smaller than Mayweather. His high percentage in the "landed punches" department would lead to Mayweather knocking PacMan out in the late middle rds, 8th or 9th.

A buzz in the Philippines (LMFAO ooooh listen up everyone its gospel), they also said after Pacman defeats PBF his next fight will be against Valuev for his Heavyweight Belt then he will unify the Heavyweight Division within the year. Too much buzzing and not enough learning going on down there. Only an uneducated person would believe a jump in classes like that with no tune up fights. You seem to meet the criteria since your the one posting this fictional story jojo (like dodo as in bird too stupid to prevent extinction).

never thought I'd say this and floyd mayweather in the same sentence, but floyd would be too strong and big for the Pac-Man.

Not only would he perform a boxing clinic, I think he'd stop Pac-Man by the 5th with ease.

Fight will never happen and if it did it would be a washout. For starters there is a 17 lbs difference right now. Pac Man wouldn't hurt a fly at 147 or 140 I promise.

The Pac can't move-up anymore.

If Prettyboy moves down to fight Pac-man... he won't be pretty anymore.

I believe, Pacquiao is much faster than Floyd when it comes to combination punching and with more Featherwieght punching power. Floyd might be faster on Jabs/Lead rights and head-movement and also a superb defensive boxer but i'm dead sure he can't completely dodge the 6-punch barrages of the energizer Pacman.

Floyd will suffer a humiliating KO loss!!!!

it will not happen!

don't get me wrong, i'm a manny pacquiao fanatic, but PBF is way too big for manny to pursue. PBF is now fighting in the welterweight division while manny is in junior lightweight a whooping 16 pounds difference. besides, manny's coach freddie roach claimed that manny's last climb will be up to junior lightweight or popularly known as super featherweight (126-130 pounds)

I think Mayweather will win easily, Toooo Fast. Always remember when a fighter moves up he loses a lil speed.

He can't move up anymore. He'll lose his speed but it would be a dream fight though for boxing fans.
