i have a county accent and am staying on the west cost i dont get it and when im on the east cost thay do the same

Because they have poor manners, and behavior skills. I would not call them friends, they do not have a caring and kind nature.
It is always easier to point at someone else and criticize than it is to look in the mirror and do a honest self evaluation of ones own faults.
Set and example by being kind to them, but distance yourself from those that are little in spirit.

I'm sure your friends pick on your accent because they love you. Don't worry about it.

they pick on you just for fun i am sure. besides if you think that your accent is bad because it sounds a little country, i have such a weird accent that people from my school often ask me what country i was originally from (and i was born in the U.S. and have always lived here).

They may not relieze that they're hurting you. Me and my friends make fun of accents, but we know we;re joking with each other. Maybe you should try telling them that you don't sppreciate their teasing, and if they continue to tease you, then I would advise finding new people to hang out with.
